Many appointments require one to two days. Intermittent leaks, multiple sources, parts needs, interior disassembly, or verification can extend the process; we provide updates when added time or a recheck is needed.
CAN A WET PASSENGER FLOOR BE CAUSED BY SOMETHING OTHER THAN THE WINDSHIELD?
Yes. Sunroof drains, door vapor barriers, cowl areas, body seams, HVAC drains, and water traveling from another location can all create passenger-floor moisture. Testing should identify the path before repair.
IS SUNROOF-DRAIN CLEANING THE SAME AS LEAK REPAIR?
No. Cleaning is preventive maintenance or one possible correction. A roof system can also have a disconnected, kinked, split, or lower-blocked tube, tray issue, failed seal, seam, or another entry point.
