Wet carpet is not a diagnosis, odor is not a source, and replacing glass is not always the answer. We document the symptoms, inspect likely pathways and affected materials, test in a controlled way, and recommend the service the vehicle actually needs. Leak repair, drying, remediation, detailing, and glass work remain separate scopes so customers can understand what is being done and why.
